Recipe – Chocolate Mousse with lemon cream

Recetë - Mousse çokollate

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 cup of bitter chocolate
  • 3/4 of the water pitcher
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon express or Nescafe coffee
  • 3 egg whites

For the cream

  • 1/3 milk cream for cakes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced lemon rind


Put the chocolate in the mixer. In a bowl, add water, sugar and Nescafe coffee express and wait until all ingredients are melted. Add the gained mass to the chocolate pieces. Mix it on the mixer for 5 sec. Add the egg whites and continue to mix for 1 min. Pour it to the 4 small bowls and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Blend the milk cream for cakes, juice, lemon skin and 1 tablespoon sugar until the mass takes the form of cream. Lay the mass on the chocolate Mousse. The dessert is ready.
